Abstract

Abstract

The article investigates the theoretical and methodological aspects of developing proposals for the formation of a system for optimizing import activities. It is determined that planning measures for the system for optimizing import activities should be based on a set of interrelated principles that ensure the logic, consistency and effectiveness of management decisions., because the principles of planning serve as the methodological basis for the formation of measures to improve the efficiency of import operations. The main principles of forming planned measures for the system for optimizing import activities are systematized and the expected results are reflected. Planned measures for the system for optimizing import activities of an enterprise are developed, which are based on the use of a set of modern management methods and techniques that allow justifying management decisions, minimizing costs and increasing the efficiency of foreign economic operations. It is substantiated that the formation of an effective system for optimizing import activities should be carried out on the basis of an integrated approach that covers all stages of managing import operations, which includes seven stages - from setting goals to monitoring results and adjusting decisions made. Proposals for the formation of a system for optimizing import activities of an enterprise are developed. The proposed system for optimizing import activities will provide a comprehensive approach to managing the enterprise's foreign economic operations. Its feature is the combination of analytical, organizational and digital management tools, which allows ensuring the continuity of the process of improving import activities. Each subsystem performs a separate function, but at the same time closely interacts with other elements of the system, forming a single management mechanism. The implementation of the proposals will allow improving the quality of planning import processes, reducing the costs of purchasing and transporting goods, minimizing logistics and currency risks, and ensuring more efficient use of financial resources.
