The essay examines the Fourth Industrial Revolution and artificial intelligence through the lens of the critique of political economy, relating them to the structural crisis of capital. Its main contribution lies in interpreting AI as a central productive force of contemporary capitalism and as an expression of the contradictions between technological development, living labor, and the value form. By proposing the concept of “Grundrissization” of society, the essay updates Marx’s reflections on machinery and social knowledge, examining their effects on the industrial reserve army, labor precarization, and the socio-environmental limits of capital accumulation.
