Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Ikkinchi jahon urushi yillarida O‘zbekistonda qishloq xo‘jaligini mexanizator kadrlar bilan ta’minlash siyosati tahlil qilingan. Unda MTSlar faoliyati, mexanizatorlik maktablari, traktorchi va kombaynchilar tayyorlash tizimi, qisqa muddatli kurslar hamda ayollarni texnik kasblarga jalb etish masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, urush yillarida qishloq xo‘jaligi tizimida yuzaga kelgan malakali mutaxassislar yetishmovchiligi, moddiy-texnik muammolar va kadrlar malakasi bilan bog‘liq kamchiliklar arxiv hujjatlari hamda statistik ma’lumotlar asosida tahlil etilgan. Maqolada urush sharoitida amalga oshirilgan mexanizator kadrlar tayyorlash siyosatining qishloq xo‘jaligi ishlab chiqarishini saqlab qolishdagi ahamiyati ochib berilgan.
