The digital transformation of the development business necessitates an integrated information and analytical environment for strategic management, capable of ensuring rapid data processing, forecasting the consequences of management alternatives, and maintaining enterprise resilience amid dynamic changes in the environment. Digital support for strategic decision-making rests on the interaction of BIM, ERP, CRM, BI, and DSS systems, which consolidate project, financial, operational, marketing, and management information within a unified digital space. The article aims to establish how the integration of BIM, ERP, CRM, BI, and DSS systems within a unified information and analytical environment affects the strategic effectiveness and omni-resilience of the development business. The methodological basis comprises structural and functional analysis, mathematical formalisation and integral assessment, a multi-criteria approach accounting for data quality, interoperability and the speed of information exchange, and comparative analysis of digital environment parameters. The functional role of digital technologies is identified, and the dependence of their strategic effectiveness on data quality, interoperability, the speed of information exchange, and the level of digital environment integration is established. A multi-level architecture of digital support for management decisions is proposed, combining data sources, cross-system integration, analytical processing, and strategic decision formation. An assessment system is developed, based on indicators of digital integration, analytical efficiency, response speed, and strategic effectiveness. A closed-loop adaptive management framework is substantiated, ensuring model updating and adjustment of strategic parameters. The strategic reserve for the development of digital technologies amounts to 34.3%. The forecast results demonstrate an increase in the digital support effectiveness index to 0.694, the digital environment integration coefficient to 0.647, the strategic decision effectiveness index to 0.828, the level of analytical performance to 0.735, and the level of omni-resilience to 0.692, confirming the effectiveness of digital technologies in ensuring the competitiveness of the development business.
