Abstract
Abstract
Organisations increasingly need to implement consistent learning interventions to help employees cope with continuous change. The current study examined the relationship between learning interventions and employee change preparedness. It examined cognitive readiness, emotional response, and employee engagement arising from the change interventions of the organisation. A quantitative research methodology was employed to collect data from directly involved individuals. The study used Change Preparedness as the dependent variable, and Cognitive Learning, Emotional Response, Perceived Organisational Support, and Employee Engagement as independent variables. Correlation, regression, and reliability analyses indicated a moderate positive relationship between the predictors and the outcome variable. The findings shed light on the effectiveness of change interventions and offer practical implications for organisational learning and development. Keywords: learning interventions; change readiness; employee engagement; organisational support
