Shallots (Allium cepa L.) in Pidie Regency represent a strategic horticultural commodity characterized by high risk due to price volatility and a capital-intensive cost structure. This study aims to analyze the economic sustainability status, identify leverage factors, and formulate policy interventions for shallot farming in Pidie Regency. Primary data were collected through structured interviews with 145 respondents selected via simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using the Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) ordination technique with the Rap-BawangMerah model.
