Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ochiq o‘zanlarda suv sarfini o‘lchashga mo‘ljallangan “SmartChannel” qurilmasining laboratoriya sharoitida metrologik ko‘rsatkichlarini baholash va kalibrlashmetodikasi yoritilgan. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida balandligi va eni 80×80 sm bo‘lgan qurilma namunasitanlandi. Tajribalar Toshkent viloyati Quyi Chirchiq tumanidagi “SmartSolutionsSystem”MCHJning“Gidravlika va gidrometriya” laboratoriyasida olib borildi. Qurilma tezlik–maydon usuli asosidaishlaydi, ya’ni suv sarfi oqimning o‘rtacha tezligi va tirik kesim yuzasi orqali aniqlanadi. Oqim tezligi8 qatorga joylashtirilgan jami 32 ta ultratovushli datchik yordamida qatlamlar bo‘yicha qayd etiladiva umumiy o‘rtacha tezlik hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot davomida qurilmaning maksimal suv o‘tkazishqobiliyati, elektromagnit etalon suv sarfini o‘lchash vositasi va hajmiy usul bilan solishtirishdagixatoliklari aniqlandi. Dastlabki sinovlarda maksimal suv sarfi 799,23 l/s bo‘lib, xatoliklar 5,98%dan14,30 % gacha yetdi. Bu holat yuqori sarf rejimlarida qurilmaning boshlang‘ich hisoblashalgoritmini takomillashtirish zarurligini ko‘rsatdi. Shu sababli etalon va hajmiy usul natijalari asosidakalibrlash koeffitsienti ishlab chiqilib, qurilma dasturiga kiritildi. Kalibrlashdan so‘ng maksimal suvsarfi 890,57 l/s gacha oshdi, xatoliklar esa 2,47 % dan +2,37 % gacha kamaydi. Natijalar qurilmaniqiyoslash va kalibrlash uning aniqligini sezilarli yaxshilashini, ochiq o‘zanlarda suv sarfini raqamliusulda ishonchli o‘lchash uchun ilmiy-amaliy asos yaratishini ko‘rsatdi, shuningdek qurilmani kengamaliyotga samarali joriy etish imkoniyatlarini ilmiy asoslashga xizmat qiladi.
