Abstract

Abstract

To reveal the influence law of Mined Metro Tunnel underpass construction on the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway embankment and track in the sandy cobble stratum of Beijing area, this paper takes the Mined Metro Tunnelof the turnback line behind Caoqiao Station of Beijing New Airport Line as the engineering background, and completes the design of the Mined Metro Tunnel structure and protection system in the section passing under the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway embankment. A three-dimensional numerical calculation model is established by using MIDAS/GTS finite element software to systematically simulate the whole construction process of the CRD (Center Cross Diaphragm) method combined with double-layer primary support. The characteristics of stratum settlement and stress evolution during construction are analyzed, the settlement deformation law of the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway embankment is clarified, and the stress and displacement response characteristics of the track structure are summarized. The research results show that the stratum, embankment and track present significant cooperative deformation characteristics, all forming a typical “V”-shaped settlement trough, with the maximum settlement concentrated directly above the right Mined Metro Tunnel. The full-section closure of the outer primary support is the key node for construction deformation control. The comprehensive protection system of “surface grouting + in-tunnel grouting + pipe shed support + double-layer primary support CRD method” has a remarkable effect. After the double-line penetration, the maximum track settlement is only 2.661 mm, which is far lower than the 5 mm control limit. The research results can provide technical reference for the construction of large-section underground excavated Mined Metro Tunnel under similar geological and working conditions.
