Abstract
Ushbu maqolada turar-joy binolarida 3D bosma devor texnologiyasining qo‘llanilishi va uning energiya samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi 3D bosma devor uchun optimal konstruktiv yechim ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Ish jarayonida turli devor kesimlari qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, issiqlik o‘tkazuvchanlik ko‘rsatkichlari hisoblash usullari asosida baholandi. Tadqiqot natijasida M500 beton va D400 gazobeton asosidagi uch qatlamli kompozit devor konstruksiyasi taklif etildi. Hisob-kitoblar natijasida mazkur konstruktsiyaning umumiy issiqlik qarshiligi an’anaviy beton devorga nisbatan 7–8 barobar yuqori ekanligi aniqlandi. Bundan tashqari, devor konstruksiyasining mustahkamligini ta’minlash maqsadida armaturalash sxemasi ishlab chiqildi. Hisoblashlar asosida vertikal, gorizontal va qatlamlararo bog‘lovchi armatura elementlarining optimal diametri va joylashuv qadamlari tavsiya etildi, bu esa kesish kuchlanishlarini kamaytirish va konstruksiyaning monolit ishlashini ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi. Taklif etilgan yechim issiqlik yo‘qotilishini kamaytirish, material sarfini optimallashtirish hamda ekologik samaradorlikni oshirish imkonini beradi. Olingan natijalar 3D bosma qurilish texnologiyalarini rivojlantirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
