Abstract
Abstract
This paper presents a comparative analysis of user interface (UI) quality in mobile applications offered by the four leading telecommunication operators in Poland: Orange, Play, Plus, and T-Mobile. The study aims to evaluate the quality of user interfaces in mobile applications and to identify potential differences that may affect user experience. The evaluation employed multiple research methods, including surveys, corridor tests, expert reviews, and statistical analyses. Key UI criteria such as security, functionality, usability, user comfort, intelligibility, availability, and visual attractiveness were assessed. Results indicate that while all applications deliver high-quality functionality and security, minor differences exist in intuitiveness and user comfort. No statistically significant superiority was found for any application across all evaluated criteria.
