Abstract
Abstract
The article examines contemporary software solutions within the system of digital management of an enterprise’s financial resources amid the digital transformation of business processes and the growing role of information technologies in ensuring financial stability and enhancing the soundness of managerial decisionmaking. It is substantiated that modern software is gradually evolving from an instrument for automating accounting and financial reporting into a comprehensive digital foundation for financial management, providing planning, budgeting, control, analysis, forecasting, and information support for managerial decision-making. The principal areas of digital technology application in enterprise financial management are systematized, including ERP systems, financial information systems, cloud technologies, accounting automation systems, banking and CRM integration, electronic document management, BI systems and dashboards, Big Data, artificial intelligence technologies, as well as digital tools for liquidity, accounts receivable, and accounts payable management. The functional purpose of these technologies and their impact on the automation of financial operations, integration of information flows, enhancement of the timeliness of control, and improvement of the quality of financial analysis and forecasting are identified. An assessment of contemporary software products, including Debet Plus, MASTER: Accounting, MASTER: Payroll, ISpro, M.E.Doc, SOTA, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Power BI, and Anaplan, is carried out based on their purpose, functional capabilities, role in the digital management of an enterprise’s financial resources, and practical value for the enterprise. Based on a generalization of the functional characteristics of these software solutions, their classification according to the level of managerial impact is proposed, distinguishing operational, tactical, strategic, and analytical-forecasting levels of digital financial resource management. It is substantiated that the operational level ensures the automation of routine accounting and financial-economic operations and the formation of a primary digital information base; the tactical level focuses on the integration of financial information, budgeting, control, and analysis of current results; the strategic level provides comprehensive resource management in conjunction with the enterprise’s core business processes; while the analytical-forecasting level transforms accumulated data into analytical and predictive information to support managerial decision-making.
