The security situation in Burkina Faso has deteriorated in recent years. This has negatively impacted the country’s education system through the closure of several schools. Given the importance placed on education, it is necessary to develop reception sites for displaced students to ensure the continuity of their studies. Therefore, a good decision-making method is required to facilitate a consensual choice. Several decision-making methods exist, but some of them are not without their drawbacks. The EVAMIX method is one of these methods, but it is used in the context of a single decision-maker. The aim of this work is to propose an extension of the EVAMIX method to group decision-making using the Choquet integral and the Sugeno integral, also using the weight of decision-makers, and to apply it to the problem of identifying the best site. The new method was applied digitally in a real-world case involving the selection of a better site to accommodate internally displaced students. This application identified Loumbila as the best site. Given the conclusive and reasonable results, the new method could be used to solve certain decision-making problems, particularly those involving mixed data and varying degrees of decision-making power.
