Abstract

Abstract

The article examines issues related to remuneration under reduced working hours. Not all problems concerning the protection of the rights and freedoms of employees and employers have been fully addressed. The paper analyzes specific errors made by both employers and employees. Particular attention is paid to the misinterpretation of legal norms. A specific emphasis is placed on the inequity in the remuneration of minors.
