هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الذكاء الاستراتيجي بأبعاده: (الاستشراف، والتفكير النظمي، والرؤية المستقبلية، والشراكة) في التميز التنظيمي بأبعاده: (التميز القيادي، وتميز العمليات، وتميز الخدمة، وتميز الموارد البشرية) في البنوك اليمنية بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة أداةً لجمع البيانات من القيادات الإدارية في (13) بنكاً، بعينة بلغت (295) مفردة. وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام نمذجة المعادلات البنائية عبر برنامج SmartPLS، إضافة إلى التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام SPSS. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ذي دلالة إحصائية للذكاء الاستراتيجي في التميز التنظيمي، كما توصلت أيضا إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ذي دلالة إحصائية لجميع أبعاد الذكاء الاستراتيجي في التميز التنظيمي، حيث كان بُعد الشراكة الأكثر تأثيراً، يليه بعد الرؤية المستقبلية، ثم بعد الاستشراف، ثم بعد التفكير النظمي. وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز ممارسات الذكاء الاستراتيجي، لا سيما التفكير النظمي، وتحديث أدوات الاستشراف والرؤية المستقبلية، وتوسيع نطاق الشراكات الاستراتيجية؛ لدعم تحقيق التميز المؤسسي المستدام.
