Abstract
The article analyzes the contemporary meaning of professional culture from the perspective of global and national approaches and clarifies its essence as an integrative phenomenon combining teachers’ value orientations, professional knowledge, practical activity, communicative and ethical behavior, and reflective development. In addition, considering current educational requirements, the study highlights the structural content of professional culture, the factors influencing its development, and its significance in the preparation of prospective teachers.
