Abstract

Abstract

The achievement of sustained success in higher education requires the adoption of diverse and effective approaches. In this regard, Outcome-Based Education (OBE) is increasingly being recognized as a transformative framework that helps redesign and realign teaching and learning practices. Higher educational institutions continue to face significant challenges in innovating curriculum content, delivery methods, and assessment strategies. This study focuses on evaluating the impact of a shift in teaching methodologies, particularly in terms of empowering faculty with appropriate pedagogical techniques and assessing the outcomes of their implementation [1]. The findings indicate that approximately 70% of the faculty adopted active learning strategies, which contributed to a 60% increase in students’ interest in the subject. However, it is also observed that designing effective learning models requires considerable preparation and effort from educators Feedback.
