THE CULTURAL CODE OF SECURITY AS AN ANALYTICAL CATEGORY OF CONTEMPORARY CULTURAL STUDIES OF MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide a cultural and philosophical-anthropological analysis of the security phenomenon in the context of management, followed by the theoretical substantiation and introduction into scholarly discourse of the concept of the cultural code of security as an analytical category of contemporary cultural studies of management. The novelty of the article lies in the conceptual separation of this notion from the categories of mentality, values, ideology, and political culture, as well as in the interpretation of security not only as a normativelegal or technocratic task, but as a culturally conditioned process of interpreting threats and reproducing managerial practices. As a result of the study, the authors formulate the main conclusions concerning the role of cultural codes in the formation of risk management strategies, demonstrate their function in legitimizing managerial decisions and public acceptance of security measures, and outline prospects for further research into the cultural mechanisms of security management under conditions of crisis uncertainty and sociocultural transformations.
