Abstract

Subject. Actor-network models of socio-economic systems of multiethnic regions of the Russian Arctic. Objectives. Analysis of the evolution of actor-network models of socio-economic systems of the multiethnic regions of the Russian Arctic in the context of changing technological patterns. Methods. A microeconomic analysis is carried out using an explicit analytical framework to contextual historical information. The theoretical basis is actor-network theory and Kondratiev cycle theory in the context of theories of regional growth and development. Results. Six actor-network models of socio-economic systems of multiethnic regions of the Russian Arctic have been identified in the context of changing technological patterns. A pattern of gradual transformation of ethnoeconomics in the process of industrial development of the Russian Arctic based on the adaptation of traditional and industrial models of environmental management has been established. Conclusions. The modernization of the traditional economy of indigenous peoples took place largely due to the diffusion of innovations in the logic of changing technological patterns and changing the nature of the economic development of the Arctic region. During the period of structural transformation of the economy, the concepts of balanced sustainable regional growth are of particular importance, which take into account the importance of socio-ecological and economic adaptation of regional systems and the balance of technological innovations and traditional knowledge.
