The information-physical principles of human society development and their integration with modern scientific ideas about the surrounding world are considered. The mechanism of biological support of existing Schumann resonance is explained. The hierarchical biological clock of humans and our entire civilization is characterized, with a strict time counting from the “Schumann” 7 Hz scale to 71874-year one. Optical frequencies of chakra radiation, which ensure the information-hierarchically organized work of human metabolism, have been theoretically substantiated and calculated. The physical location of Hell and Heaven is indicated, which shape the evolution of the biosphere and man, preserve the history of their development and are the most valuable information-physical resources of the Earth. Electromagnetic plasma information structures (matrices) are characterized as an intelligent life form of a higher, cosmic level compared to humans. The possibility of restoring the collapsing 3267-year socio-natural Christian-Jewish system by organizing its next thousand-year Sino-Russian ethnogenesis on the territory of China and Siberia is shown.
