The U.S. Department of Education recently announced that it would rescind several previously negotiated Title IX resolution agreements between the Office for Civil Rights and a group of school districts and a community college. The agreements involved six institutions, including Cape Henlopen School District, Delaware Valley School District, Fife School District, La Mesa‐Spring Valley School District, Sacramento City Unified School District, and Taft College.
