Background: Dental anomalies are developmental alterations involving tooth number, size, shape, and structure, which may cause functional, aesthetic, and occlusal problems. Early detection in children is crucial to enable timely intervention and prevent complications. This study aimed to assess the prevalence and distribution of dental anomalies in children aged 5–14 years in Giresun Province, Türkiye, using panoramic radiography.Methods: This retrospective study evaluated the prevalence and distribution of dental anomalies in children aged 5–14 years living in Giresun Province using panoramic radiographs. 4171 panoramic radiographs obtained between December 1, 2023, and December 1, 2024, were included in the analysis.
